So, its been yet again another crazy week, hence not so much blogging going on, or even Twitter. I just discovered a whole new use for Twitter, its a way to share recipes. Many of the top chefs in the UK are sharing their recipes I think Giorgio Locatelli’s Pasta al Crudo and Mark Hix’s Pork Crackling will get a try out in my kitchen in the near future.
