So, off down to Göteborg for the day with Erik and Johanna on the X2000 Train. For those non Swedish residents its a very fast train that leans as it goes round the bends in the tracks, even though we prefer the train as its easier to work and wastes less time than the plane the leaning can become a little too much and we all became a little nauseous. To entertain myself I thought i’d pull together a quick posting on English food but found this fantastic review on youtube of english food - we she’s from the USA so she seems to only count chocolate, snacks and biscuits as food. Its pretty funny, Stu seems like the devil for sending her Twiglets after the mouthgasm of Caarmel (sic) digestives, kitten tears and chocolate defiled with fruit. She’s lucky that Stu didn’t send her a tasty snack of Squirrel or Chipmunk which are also rumored to be staple dishes in the UK, well the Park Family heard it form a friend. I actually did have squirrel once potted at St-Johns, it came mixed with pork and was spread onto hot toast. It was rather good, a little gamey and possibly the inkling of nuttiness offset by the fatty pig. I discovered Tracey Emin liked St-Johns so much she mentions it on her site.
